We're very pleased that things seem to be getting back to normal and that the club is in a position to return to training and hopefully matches in the not too distant future.
Ahead of returning to the new normal, all players/attendees are required to adhere to the following regulations:
England Hockey permission forms
As part of their own track and trace systems, all players participating in hockey throughout the country are required to complete the EH participation forms. The link is attached below:
BHC Track & Trace
Alongside the England Hockey permission forms, we're required to track and trace each attendee at training/matches. This is reported back to EH and provides a source of contact if a case of COVID-19 is reported. Information collated is deleted after 30 days, ensuring that all privacy and GDPR regulations are upheld.
Upon arriving at Stowe School, there will be posters with QR codes dotted around. Attendees (1 registration per household) are required to use their smartphones to download the "evePASS" app, scanning the QR code with their mobile phones. You're required to select the zone (training session/game) that you're attending. Information required includes name, email address and phone number. Please remember to "check-out" once leaving the site.
Anti-bacterial & cleaning
BHC is committed to following all rules and regulations set out by the Government as well as England Hockey. We politely ask that members adhere to social distancing where possible, ensure you use anti-bacterial hand gel which is available at all entrances to the pitches and follow any one way systems in place.
Currently the clubhouse is out of bounds to all members, with Stowe providing portaloo's at the top of the site.
If you have any questions or concerns about the club's approach to our return from COVID-19 then please don't hesitate to get in touch with the club's COVID officers.
